Pennington, NJ Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst II to support the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) Disbursements Team within the Institutional Retirement Payroll, Benefits, and Disbursements organization. This team manages pension payment disbursements, payee maintenance, reconciliation, tax reporting, money movement activities, and deceased payment recoveries for Institutional Trust & Custody products. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex operational processes involving financial transactions and asset movement. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Process complex financial transactions and fulfillment activities. Support reconciliation, settlement, trade processing, and asset transfers. Manage pension payment disbursements and participant-level account maintenance. Perform tax reporting, testing, and money movement activities. Investigate and resolve operational issues while ensuring compliance with established procedures. Partner with internal teams and external clients to deliver timely and accurate service. Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members. Maintain accurate records and meet established deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Experience with Employee Benefit Trust, pension administration, retirement services, or related financial products. Background in operations, transaction processing, financial services, retirement benefits, or asset movement activities. #TM1
