Job Description:
Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams. Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives. Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives. Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions. Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables. Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems. Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. For example, any specific skills to prioritize when looking for profiles.: Gather and organize information on business problems, operational procedures, and system requirements related to commercial lending platforms, including conducting stakeholder interviews, on-site observations, and detailed reviews of existing workflows to identify inefficiencies in LoanIQ processes. Analyze gathered data, including business impacts from LoanIQ version upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, to develop solutions, alternative methods, or process improvements that enhance organizational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. Design and document systems, procedures, and interfacing structures for LoanIQ integrations with other financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow, compliance with company standards, and alignment with business needs. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Technical Specification Documents (TSDs), User Stories, business process workflows, data flow diagrams, and operations/procedures manuals to facilitate implementation of new or upgraded systems and organizational changes. Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing business processes, technology infrastructure, interfacing systems, and overall operations; define testing criteria for new functionalities, regression testing, and risk mitigation strategies. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., LoanIQ Operations team) and technical/IT teams to facilitate clear communication, requirement alignment, issue resolution, and successful adoption of system enhancements or customizations. Customize Finastra LoanIQ enhancements and SDK configurations as required to meet organizational standards; develop and generate LoanIQ data reports using multiple selection criteria to support business analysis, performance monitoring, and informed decision-making. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, including test planning, execution oversight, defect identification, and validation of system functionalities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve LoanIQ system issues by analyzing logs, protocols, and operational data; provide timely recommendations and coordinate with technical teams for implementation of fixes to maintain system stability and efficiency. Assist in training business users and knowledge transfer sessions on LoanIQ functionalities, new enhancements, procedures, and best practices to ensure effective use and organizational adoption. Need to work with LIQ digital, Vantage, LIQ product stake holders.
