Job Description

Must Reside in the Clayton area (no relo) and have mortgage experience Are you a detail-obsessed problem solver who thrives at the intersection of mortgage and technology? We're a fast-growing SaaS company disrupting the mortgage industry with innovative pricing, eligibility, and decisioning tools — and we're looking for a sharp Business Analyst to help us build what's next. This isn't a sit-in-the-corner-and-take-notes kind of BA role. You'll be the critical connector between Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations — translating complex mortgage workflows into actionable specs, driving Agile ceremonies, and making sure what gets built actually matches what was promised. What You'll Do Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and clients, turning mortgage pricing logic and eligibility rules into clean, testable user stories. You'll partner closely with Engineering throughout the build cycle, support QA and UAT, maintain integration documentation, and help keep the team running smooth with sprint health tracking and process accountability. When something's broken or unclear, you'll be the one who figures it out and gets it fixed. What We're Looking For 5-10 years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role — and mortgage industry experience is a must. You know your way around pricing engines, secondary markets, product eligibility, or loan workflows. You're fluent in Agile, comfortable in Jira or DevOps, and you write requirements that engineers actually understand. LOS experience and PPE familiarity are a big plus. The Right Person Is Analytically wired, highly organized, and genuinely curious. You're comfortable in a startup pace, you don't need hand-holding, and you take ownership of your work from start to finish. Bonus points if you're already using AI tools to work smarter. What's In It For You Competitive salary, full health/dental/vision benefits, employer-matched retirement, PTO, and real investment in your professional growth — all within a collaborative team that moves fast and builds things that matter.

$130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst?
