Business Analyst (SalesForce)

A New Jersey-based consumer products company is looking to add a new Business Analyst, specializing in Salesforce, on a Remote basis with flexibility to occasionally commute to Parsippany. •This is a Remote opportunity.•

Responsibilities:

Eliciting business needs and specifying user stories Collaborating with vendor partners and internal teams Advising on best practices and documenting requirements Working with IT Development and QA for system testing Guiding and reviewing the work of other team members Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and Design Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Experience with Salesforce Knowledge of B2B customer-centric requirements Solid understanding of Digital User Interface design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives

Desired Qualifications:

Master's Degree CBAP or similar certification Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
