Opens a new window. Business Operations Analyst, Lam Research Corporation, Livermore, CA. Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Diagram and evaluate existing processes. Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams. Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identify indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collect data to identify root cause of problems. Measure performance against process requirements. Align improvement to performance shortfalls. Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Deliver presentations and train courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control, and survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes. Communicate team progress. Perform cost and benefit analyses. Telecommuting permitted up to 75%. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Salary Range:

$124,509 - 136,000/yr. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside in California and most states. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in operations management/analytics. Must have 2 years of experience in 3 or more of the following (which may be gained concurrently): Inventory Management, warehouse management system, MATERIAL

REQUIREMENT

PLANNING, Data Visualization, Forecasting, Billing Analytics, Data Modelling, or Process Improvement. Must have 3 years of experience in 3 or more of the following (which may be gained concurrently): SQL Server, SAP

HANA, SAP MRP, SAP

MM, Microsoft Access, SD modules, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Oracle Primavera, Confluence, or R. Must have 2 years of experience in 2 or more of the following (which may be gained concurrently): inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Demand Management, Sales and Operation Planning, or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP). Must have 2 years of experience in 2 or more of the following (which may be gained concurrently): data-warehouse development and support, analytical dashboard development, or Enterprise Reports development.
