The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data analysis, business intelligence tools, and project management skills to support strategic decision-making and process optimization across various departments. Responsibilities Analyze current business processes using tools such as Visio and process mapping techniques to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Utilize data analysis skills with platforms like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce to gather insights and support business decisions. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to understand their needs and translate them into actionable process improvements. Conduct forecasting analyses to support sales planning and strategic initiatives. Manage projects related to process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement. Support business intelligence efforts by analyzing data trends and providing insights that influence strategic planning. Assist in training staff on new processes or systems implemented as part of process improvement initiatives. Requirements Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, and Visio. Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights. Excellent analysis skills combined with a solid understanding of analytics and business intelligence concepts. Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement methodologies. Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting techniques, and business operations is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in sales or related fields is a plus but not required.
