Business Solutions Analyst Do you enjoy bringing people together, solving business problems, and helping teams adopt new technology? Are you comfortable presenting ideas to leadership, collaborating with vendors, and translating complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations? We're looking for a Business Solutions Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology. This role is ideal for someone with experience in banking, financial services, lending, or another business-focused environment who has participated in software implementations, process improvements, or technology projects. You don't need to be a developer or IT expert. We're looking for someone who understands the business, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys helping teams successfully implement change. Up to 85k plus a 10% bonus and remote work options. What You'll Do Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with executives, department leaders, vendors, and project teams to evaluate and implement business solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into clear recommendations for technical teams and implementation partners. Present project updates, solution recommendations, and implementation plans to leadership in a way that's easy to understand. Support software implementation projects through planning, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support. Help evaluate new software and technology solutions that improve business operations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward and ensure business needs are met. Develop user documentation and training materials to support successful adoption of new systems. Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted resource throughout project delivery. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Three or more years of experience in business analysis, software implementation, business operations, project coordination, or solutions implementation. Banking, lending, financial services, or other regulated industry experience is preferred. Experience participating in software or business system implementations. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact with executives and senior leaders. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with vendors, cross-functional teams, or project stakeholders is a plus. Why This Role?
