Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities for Business System Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Manage the Partner Pipeline Reporting function, including reviewing and approving partner deal registrations based on defined business requirements.
• Audit deal registrations are submitted by partners to ensure accuracy and compliance with required data elements.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new partners within Partner Portal.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries and provide resolution for issues related to PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tool usage.
• Analyze platform metrics, reporting trends, and tool utilization to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure lead-routing methodologies are consistently followed and accurately documented within the Partner Portal.
• Support the PRM Administrator with system updates, maintenance activities, and operational enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity across partner systems and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner engagement and operational efficiency Candidates for Business System Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered :
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (highly preferred) and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Pay Details:
