Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, working closely with the Lead Business Systems Analyst and key stakeholders, you will facilitate business process improvement, system development and enhancements, and applications support. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with key individuals in the business, act as a liaison with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Lead Business Systems Analyst and key stakeholders, facilitating business process improvement, system development and enhancements, and applications support. Developing and maintain business relationships with key individuals in the business, act as a liaison with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to include experience implementing, managing change, and supporting complex interfaces between ERP and external systems. Must have experience in project management in both waterfall and agile methodologies with projects exceeding $50,000 with the ability to both effectively manage and escalate issues with project scope, project risk, and project change. Understanding of workforce analytics and dashboards configuration/management Experience gathering/analyzing requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications. Collaborating with developers for customized development. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or Management of Information Systems with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Technology required. 3 years of hands-on experience gathering/analyzing requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications, process design, application design, collaborating with developers for customized development, testing (unit and regression), and application support required. #
INDDG Pay:
$85,104.23 - $105,000.00 per year
