Join our team as a Business/Systems Analyst, where you'll lead application support and operations, driving innovation and efficiency in a hybrid work environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and collaborate with diverse teams to enhance business processes. Responsibilities Lead and manage application support and operations for a diverse portfolio, ensuring efficient ticket triage and resolution. Drive the adoption of AI-assisted operations, enhancing diagnostics and automated communications. Continuously improve support operations through automation, proactive monitoring, and strong documentation practices. Maintain effective communication and coordination with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure service stability and performance. Uphold a professional and respectful work environment, acting with integrity and responsibility. Skills Minimum of five years' experience in application support or technical service management, with at least three years in a leadership role. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure architecture and operational tools, including AI-enabled services. Proven ability to manage AI-assisted support models, balancing automation with human oversight. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues for diverse audiences. Preferred Skills Experience with ServiceNow, Application Insights, and ITIL-based processes. Familiarity with AI service stability and observability practices.
