Duties:

Responsible for acting as both program manager and Agile Scrum Master for the development of systems and applications for program governance inclusive of financial controls and analytics supporting consulting projects. Consults with clients on their approach to developing and deploying business analytics, Infrastructure automation and Agile Adoption roadmap. Coaches Dell project and program managers on the application of Agile methodology to projects. Provides oversight of Dell consulting projects to ensure quality delivery and consistent application of proper methodology.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field and 8 years of experience as an external client facing Project Manager, Consultant, Technology Lead or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field and 10 years of experience as an external client facing Project Manager, Consultant, Technology Lead or related occupation.

Requires experience in:

data analytics; financial services and insurance industry applications; customer-facing consulting services; Mainframe PL/1, JCL, CICS, Shell Script, and, SAS; R, Python, and PostgreSQL; Microsoft Project, Informatica, JIRA, and Git-Hub; managing program governance in an external client facing capacity including Agile development; and Agile Adoption Roadmap for client. Experience may be gained during graduate-level coursework, internship, co-op, or teaching experience.
