  • Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resilience consultant to provide targeted, execution-focused support across a visible and high-priority initiative.
This role is designed to accelerate delivery against a critical enterprise resilience effort supporting Crisis & Incident Management enhancements. This is not a steady-state program management role. The successful candidate will be expected to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, delivering tangible outcomes within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities Crisis & Incident Management
  • Support execution of a structured enterprise Crisis & Incident Management enhancement roadmap across business, technology, and corporate functions.
  • Translate roadmap milestones into actionable workplans and drive delivery to defined timelines. Ability to shape concepts and effectively incorporate into plans and selected approaches.
  • Track and report progress against defined milestones, identifying risks and delays.
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Develop and refine key deliverables, including operating models, governance frameworks, and response procedures.
  • Synthesize stakeholder input into clear, actionable documentation and recommendations.
  • Support preparation of materials for senior leadership updates and decision-making forums
  • Strong project management skills and ability to partner with senior leaders across business lines.
  • Assist in resolving execution challenges and removing blocks across teams. Required Qualifications
  • 9-10+ years of experience in crisis & incident management with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or executing crisis/incident management processes in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic roadmaps into executable workplans and drive delivery against defined timelines.
  • Strong experience coordinating across business, technology, and corporate functions to deliver against shared objectives.
  • Experience developing and refining Crisis & Incident Management frameworks, governance structures, and response procedures.
  • Ability to track execution progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve delivery blockers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-level materials and reporting.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or enhancing enterprise Crisis & Incident Management programs in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with crisis simulation exercises, incident response coordination, or real-event support.
  • Experience working with or aligning resilience frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 22301, FFIEC) in a practical, implementation-focused capacity. Key Competencies

Ideal candidate:
a. Has direct, hands-on experience running or supporting crisis/incident management, not just designing frameworks b. Comfortable driving execution across multiple teams under pressure c. Can take a high-level roadmap and turn it into structured delivery plans and outputs d. Strong at coordination, escalation, and removing blockers in real time e. Has experience producing executive-level updates during active or simulated incidents 2. Strong Backgrounds a. Enterprise Crisis / Incident Management teams b. Operational Resilience functions with real incident exposure c. Technology incident / major incident management (ITSM) with enterprise coordination exposure d. Consulting roles where they delivered CIM transformations (not just assessed) 3. Disqualifying a. Only experience in writing frameworks, policies, or playbooks b. Pure program/project manager with no crisis/incident exposure c. No evidence of working in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments d.
