IDR is seeking a Data Center Operational Readiness Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity . In this role, you will help drive operational readiness across rapid data center deployment programs by coordinating end-to-end post-sales activities leading into pre-deployment execution. You will be the central cross-functional partner connecting sales, finance, supply chain, project management, back-office teams, and vendors to ensure commitments are met. Position Overview for the Data Center Operational Readiness Lead Lead and coordinate post-sales through pre-deployment operational activities, ensuring deployment readiness across rapid data center programs. Serve as the primary liaison between sales, finance, supply chain, project management, back-office teams, vendors, and partners to drive cross-functional alignment. Own operational visibility by consolidating reporting, dashboards, status updates, and executive communications into a centralized framework. Track procurement, financial approvals, supply chain timelines, invoicing, material movement, and deployment milestones while identifying and escalating risks. Requirements for the
Data Center Operational Readiness Lead:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years in business operations, sales operations, supply chain program management, or a related operational leadership role; PMP preferred. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating across finance, supply chain, vendor management, sales operations, and back-office teams. Strong expertise in operational reporting, KPI dashboards, executive business reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking using tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Demonstrated success managing vendors, partners, and customers while driving procurement, orders, shipments, invoicing, and deployment activities to completion. Exceptional organizational, analytical, risk management, and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive stakeholders. What's in it for you?
