Job DescriptionThe Early Careers Project & Program Management Senior Consultant I role leads and evolves the early careers portfolio of programs including internships, apprenticeships, and full-time rotational development participants for the Talent Enablement department within Allstate's Human Resources organization. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring cohesive, scalable development experiences for early careers talent that align business needs with talent growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management & ExecutionManage end-to-end execution of early career programs including full-time development rotational programs, apprenticeship programs, internship programs, and seasonal programsDesign and deliver early careers program cohort onboarding, rotation coordination, cohort programming, and placement supportOversee logistics for periodic live virtual and in-person events for program participantsProgram Design & Continuous ImprovementImplement improvements to enhance participant experience and outcomesCollect and analyze data and feedback to inform improvementsStakeholder Management & ConsultingPartner with business leaders, executives, and HR peers to evolve and grow the early careers programs to meet shifting business demandsInfluence leader participation and engagement and support participant performance calibrations conversationsFacilitate cohort orientation and onboarding experiences Participant Experience & Performance ManagementMonitor participant performance and experienceAddress risks including performance and placement challengesPartner with leaders to ensure strong rotation experiencesSupport participant career progressionProgram Operations & GovernanceEnsure alignment with policies and strategySupport program budgeting tracking and vendor coordinationMaintain documentation and reporting processesAlign programs with workforce strategiesQualifications & Functional Skills Required3+ years' experience leading early career programs and project management with a consultative mindsetEvents planning and execution experienceExperience building and measuring programs tied to outcomesStrong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skillsBackgrounds in early careers, Learning & Development, program management, or related areas preferredComfortable working with early-career populations and shaping developmental experiencesOccasional travel required (approximately a few times per year)Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties.

When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
