- + Lead enterprise-wide risk management strategy and transformation initiatives across EPC programs + Assess current-state processes and develop future-state risk governance frameworks and process documentation + Drive organizational change management activities including stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption strategies + Analyze risk data trends and build Power BI dashboards to support executive reporting and decision-making + Facilitate weekly program updates, stakeholder meetings, and risk governance cadence across global teams •What's Needed?
- + 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, governance, or transformation initiatives + 3+ years of experience in organizational change management (OCM), training, and stakeholder engagement + 5+ years of experience in data analytics, Power BI reporting, and executive dashboard development + Strong experience in process mapping, risk analysis, and program management within complex, matrixed environments + Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and synthesize complex data •What's in it for me?
