Job Description:

As a Staffing Consultant, you'll dive into all areas of our business—recruitment, account management, operations, sales, and customer service. This position offers hands-on experience with room for growth in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing:

Actively recruit, interview, and screen healthcare providers to meet client needs.

Client Relations:

Manage and grow existing client accounts, develop new client relationships, and handle provider placements.

Employee Management:

Oversee healthcare providers, ensuring their success on assignments through effective communication and support.

Operations:

Coordinate payroll, credentialing, and scheduling for healthcare providers.

Sales & Business Development:

Participate in business development and account growth activities.

On-call Support:

Provide on-call support to clients, healthcare providers, and the support team.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree (Required) Strong communication and organizational skills Leadership or management experience is a plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Passion for client relations and business development

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary +

Commission:

$60k base salary guaranteed
