Hybrid Malvern, PA (2-3 days/week on site) We are seeking a Senior Data Business Analyst with strong techno-functional experience in the healthcare payer domain. This role will focus on data analysis, source-to-target mapping, and requirements development across complex datasets including claims, membership, provider, and clinical data. Key Responsibilities Develop functional specifications, source-to-target mappings, and other core documentation Perform advanced SQL-based data analysis, profiling, and validation Analyze and validate healthcare payer data (claims, membership, provider, clinical) Support data ingestion and integration processes across enterprise data platforms Partner with business, data governance, and technical teams to resolve data quality issues Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and vice versa Participate in estimation, scope definition, and SDLC activities across Agile/Scrum environments Support change management processes and help drive project delivery Required Qualifications 5+ years of healthcare payer experience (claims, membership, provider, etc.) in a techno-functional role Strong expertise in SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation Experience creating source-to-target mappings and functional specifications Deep understanding of healthcare data flows, EDI transactions, and payer systems (e.g., FACETS or similar) Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and

compliance Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration from a BSA perspective Experience working across SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Ability to work with business stakeholders and manage competing priorities
