Job Description

IAM Business Analyst 100% Remote, or Brentwood TN 6+month Contract w/extension U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and those authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer will be considered (No 3rd Party Referrals) We are seeking a skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Business Analyst to support our security and DevOps initiatives. This role will focus on gathering requirements, improving IAM processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting secure access management across the organization. Key Responsibilities Gather and document IAM business and technical requirements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, DevOps, QA, developers, and support teams. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IAM solutions. Support IAM integrations using protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, REST, and SOAP APIs. Analyze and improve IAM processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, and access governance. Conduct gap analyses to ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements. Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, process flows, and diagrams. Support troubleshooting and resolution of IAM-related access issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of IAM concepts, Active Directory, RBAC, SDLC, audit, and compliance practices. Knowledge of interoperability protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, REST, and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with DevOps principles and collaborative development environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus. #LI-AB2
