Job Descriptions :
- Serve as the centralized requirements lead supporting enterprise IAM initiatives, translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions. Partner with Program Managers, Architects, Engineers, and SMEs to define scope, clarify objectives, and manage requirement maturity across concurrent workstreams. Lead enterprise discovery efforts to document current-state and future-state business processes, access models, and system integrations. Document and maintain clear, traceable requirements, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria from intake through implementation and validation. Analyze IAM technologies, application architectures, and identity data flows to identify technical dependencies, integration requirements, and implementation impacts. Identify gaps, risks, control considerations, and security implications early in the initiative lifecycle, providing recommendations for mitigation. Ensure solutions align with enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, architectural principles, and IAM best practices including least privilege, RBAC, ABAC, SoD, and Zero Trust principles. Support technical design discussions involving APIs, SCIM, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and related IAM platforms. Partner with engineering teams during design, development, testing, and deployment to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and validated. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, security, infrastructure, architecture, development, and application support teams. Support roadmap planning and initiative sequencing through technical impact assessments, dependency analysis, and effort estimation. Produce executive-ready summaries of scope, technical impacts, implementation risks, and strategic recommendations. Support audit and regulatory requirements through structured documentation, traceability, evidence collection, and control validation. Leverage analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve requirements management, process efficiency, decision support, and IAM governance outcomes.
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, Entra ID, CyberArk, or similar IAM platforms. Understanding of REST APIs, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and identity federation concepts. Experience with RBAC, ABAC, entitlement management, certification processes, and access governance. Ability to interpret application architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration patterns. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Agile delivery methodologies, and product-based operating models. Experience supporting cloud, SaaS, and AI-enabled technology environments.
