Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and system specifications. Map business needs to system capabilities, recommending effective and scalable technical solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document system requirements. Configure system settings and options to align with business objectives. Design workflows, charts, and diagrams to visualize and optimize system processes. Plan, execute, and document unit, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and quality. Identify and address test scenarios, develop and execute test scripts, and compile detailed quality assurance reports. Monitor and troubleshoot systems and applications to resolve complex issues in production environments. Collaborate with subject matter experts to diagnose and solve technical and operational challenges. Serve as a technical lead for specific subsystems or small features, managing small to medium-sized projects with efficiency. Continuously assess and refine current business procedures, identifying opportunities for systemic and procedural improvements. Apply extensive expertise in the software development lifecycle, data analysis, and database management to deliver optimal project outcomes. Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or BS degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience per business requirements. At least 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4 years with a Master's degree, or 2 years with a PhD in a related field. Proven experience with the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, and implementation. Proficiency in executing and documenting software test cases and results. Snowflake/HANA or any SQL knowledge Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience solving complex production system issues. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience managing projects of small to medium size and complexity. Ability to anticipate and address complex issues through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative, scalable solutions to meet business needs. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, data management, and database design.
