Hybrid Schedule Compensation:
$115,000 - $130,000 base salary + annual bonus

Comprehensive benefits package offered About the Opportunity SNI Technology is partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking an experienced IFS Business Applications Analyst . This role is critical in supporting and optimizing IFS and other ERP applications while partnering cross-functionally with manufacturing, business and IT teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with business process improvement in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Position Overview The IFS Business Applications Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise ERP systems. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, while driving system improvements, reporting capabilities, and end-user training initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for
IFS, ERP
An and other applications Act as the primary contact for system-related questions all departments Configure and maintain modules Manage system updates, patches, and releases in coordination with vendors and internal IT teams Analyze business requirements and recommend system and process improvements Lead or support ERP related projects, including implementations and system upgrades Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data integrity and security Create and update user documentation and training materials; deliver end-user training Collaborate cross-functionally to improve system performance and user experience Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting IFS systems Strong understanding of ERP and best practices Hands-on experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong analytical mindset with the ability to reconcile complex data and requirements Preferred Skills Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, or API integrations Experience with modern data platforms Background in vendor management (support, upgrades, issue resolution) Knowledge of IFS/ERP integrations Relevant certifications Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills Ability to solve complex business and technical challenges #SNIT
