Job Description
This is a fully Remote role within the United States. We're looking for an Implementation Consultant, an onboarding wizard to help our customers' implementation needs with a goal to implement within 90 days. Our ideal candidate will be self-driven, will take the initiative to see projects and assignments through to completion, and stay laser focused on delighting customers with information on our products and services. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Collaborate with sales team in the development of customer Implementation Plans Review and understand client need and translate those into a successful Onboarding experience Create customers site with purchased products and features Execute Onboarding plan within 90 days of customer purchase Become a subject matter expert on all areas of PowerDMS to be able to effectively lead discussions and answer questions A strong decision maker and are able to solve complex problems. Able to be a high producer under pressure and in a quick paced environment. Play well with others. Internally motivated to be a life-long student. Someone with a desire for clients and teammates to succeed. What You Have Implementation/ Project Management experience is a plus. Strong Organizational / Project Management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eagle eye on details. Proficiency in MS Office. Understanding of SaaS Technology and experience with Power platforms which are a huge plus.
