MBA Students & Recent Graduates - Exciting Strategy Opportunity at 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc.! ???? 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated MBA candidate or recent graduate to join BloomNet as an MBA Consultant, Pricing & Revenue for a 10-week consulting-style engagement supporting a high-impact strategic business initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams on analytical and strategic projects focused on business performance, revenue optimization, and operational decision-making within a fast-paced eCommerce environment. ????

Jericho, NY (4 days onsite / 1 day remote) ????

Compensation :

$35-$45/hour ?

Duration :

10-week full-time project engagement What You'll Be Working On Conduct business analysis and strategic research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support analytical modeling and business performance evaluations Develop insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and validate findings Build presentations, executive summaries, and project deliverables for leadership stakeholders Present findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the engagement Qualifications Currently pursuing an MBA or other postgraduate business degree preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with business analysis, consulting projects, finance, analytics, or strategy initiatives Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial modeling, analytics, consulting, or strategic analysis Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus Interest in eCommerce, operations, business strategy, or revenue-focused initiatives This role is ideal for MBA students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on consulting and strategy experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives within a collaborative and innovative environment.
