Job Description We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement, product ownership, and client-facing business analysis and a proven ability to deliver measurable business value, drive operational excellence, and enhance client experience across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for a client's application, from roadmap through delivery and sustainment. Serve as primary partner to internal and external clients, gather requirements, and translate needs into actionable backlog items. Define and prioritize features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure business outcomes and operational KPIs. Manage software licensing agreements, including vendor negotiations and client communications. Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to communicate status, risks, and value realization. Leverage data visualization to synthesize complex issues and present clear insights to stakeholders at varying levels. Support procurement activities and OEM engagement to optimize cost, compliance, and vendor performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of procurement and business analyst experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell the story for Finance and business partners. Proven ability to summarize complex issues, synthesize key points, and communicate findings using data visualization. Ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise and apply institutional knowledge to deliver quality analytics. Confidence and business maturity to work independently and collaborate across all levels. Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with comfort handling ambiguity. Demonstrated passion for improving the business and contributing within teams.

Preferred Skills:
