We are looking for a Program Analyst (Test Resource Manager Senior) in support of PMA-272 for Naval Test Wing Atlantic. You will provide assistance to the Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation as part of the Tactical Aircraft Protection Systems Program Office. This individual will directly support the high priority Presidential Helicopter program. Responsibilities Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS), including iTrack and iTest, to support test planning and execution tracking.

Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports to support program leadership and decision-making.

Use Microsoft Project to track schedules, milestones, and task progress related to test activities.

Coordinate and administer the Test Data Management Working Group, including scheduling and facilitating quarterly meetings.

Track items for test (aircraft, test plans, flight clearances)Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including preparation of slide decks, briefing materials, and memos; ensure conference room readiness and VTC functionality.

Attend all required meetings such as IPT, test schedule, PDRs, CDRs when necessaryTracking of test assets and lab statusDevelop and build briefs and metrics as required. Qualifications Must have 10+ years of experienceA Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience, a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 yearsMust be familiar with Microsoft applicationsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense TS/with Yankee White Prescreen security clearance.
