Job Description
Core Responsibilities Manages complex relationships with existing clients. Supports strategy planning for a book of business. Tracks growth opportunities, contributes to business planning activities, and drives client retention and loyalty through strategic and consultative guidance. Proactively assesses client needs through strategic planning and consultations. Recommends service and operational enhancements. Presents recommendations to key client decision makers. Resolves complex client issues related to products, services, or processes. Drives the development and implementation of potential solutions to meet client needs. Leverages experience and internal network to determine creative solutions for clients, often requiring cross-functional collaboration and cross-team ownership. Uses advanced knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services compared to our competitors. Strategically position Vanguard's products and services and enhance client loyalty. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of eight years related work experience. Five years experience in Financial Services and Relationship Management strongly preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred. This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
