Job Description

To Apply for this Job Click Here Beacon Hill is partnering with a growing healthcare services organization seeking a Revenue Analyst to support billing operations, reimbursement analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role works closely with Finance and Operations teams to manage accounts receivable activity, analyze revenue trends, and improve visibility across the revenue cycle. This is a highly analytical role ideal for someone with strong healthcare revenue cycle experience, advanced Excel capabilities, and exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL. Key Responsibilities Manage billing, payment posting, reconciliations, and accounts receivable activities across multiple payors and client accounts Analyze denials, underpayments, reimbursement trends, and billing discrepancies to identify root causes and recommend solutions Support revenue-related reconciliations, adjustments, and write-off analysis in partnership with Finance and Operations Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and financial models to monitor KPIs, billing activity, and reimbursement performance Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and support operational and financial decision-making Partner cross-functionally on process improvement initiatives, reporting enhancements, and automation projects Evaluate financial impact of reimbursement or rate changes and assist with strategic recommendations Assist with oversight and coordination of support resources related to billing and collections activities Support audit readiness and maintain accuracy across revenue cycle workflows Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or related financial analysis experience Experience with billing, collections, reconciliations, and reimbursement analysis Exposure to multi-site or multi-entity healthcare environments preferred Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts and audit support processes Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred Preferred Technical Skills Advanced Excel skills including large dataset analysis and financial modeling Power BI experience including dashboard creation and reporting visualization Basic SQL knowledge including joins, filtering, and data grouping Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Details Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week) 1451325_1778621461 To Apply for this Job Click Here
