Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, leveraging technical proficiency and attention to detail to improve business operations. Our team values candidates who can manage multiple priorities and deliver clear, solution-focused support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Follow established processes accurately and completely to support business operations. Conduct QA testing for product enhancements and assist with complex product configurations. Set up online customer access and ensure all configurations meet quality standards. Communicate effectively with producer and retail customers, providing clear and solution-oriented support.

Required:

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and Adobe tools. Experience with FISERV products is highly beneficial. Strong attention to detail and proven ability to carry out processes completely and accurately. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shift efficiently between tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
