We oversee a diverse corporate portfolio spanning offices, industrial assets, and workplace environments that enable business growth across multiple regions. We are looking for a Senior Director, Global Real Estate who can take full ownership of our real estate portfolio strategy. This is not just an operational role—you will define how our global footprint evolves over time. You will lead portfolio optimization, leasing strategy, workplace planning, and major real estate transactions across key markets. You will act as the strategic bridge between executive leadership, finance, operations, and external real estate partners—ensuring every square foot of space supports business performance, employee experience, and long-term scalability. Key Responsibilities:
Global Portfolio Strategy:
Define and execute corporate real estate strategy across office, industrial, and/or mixed-use assets in multiple regions.
Lease & Transaction Management:
Lead lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and major portfolio transactions.
Workplace Strategy & Optimization:
Develop and implement space utilization strategies that improve efficiency, employee experience, and cost structure.
Financial Oversight:
Manage forecasting, budgeting, capital planning, and real estate cost optimization initiatives.
Stakeholder Leadership:
Partner with executive leadership, finance, HR, operations, and external brokers to align real estate decisions with business goals.
Vendor & Partner Management:
Oversee relationships with landlords, brokers, consultants, and external service providers.
Market Intelligence:
Track market trends and identify strategic opportunities for expansion, consolidation, or optimization.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
10+ years in corporate real estate, commercial real estate, or portfolio management with increasing leadership responsibility.
Portfolio Background:
Proven experience managing multi-site, regional, or global real estate portfolios (office, industrial, or mixed-use).
Leadership:
Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Financial Acumen:
Strong understanding of lease structures, budgeting, forecasting, and real estate financial modeling.
Negotiation Skills:
Experience leading complex lease negotiations and high-value real estate transactions.
Strategic Mindset:
Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term portfolio strategy.
Communication:
Strong ability to present recommendations clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
Pay:
$20,800.00 - $29,150.00 per month
