Senior FP&A Analyst Salary:
$100,000 – $120,000 + bonusLocation:

Senior FP&A Analyst:
- Lead SG&A planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles as the Senior FP&A Analyst, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
- Create and manage planning timelines, models, and templates to support monthly SG&A forecasts across global entities
- Develop driver‑based SG&A models linking costs to headcount, revenue, volume, and digital adoption
- Consolidate global SG&A results and ensure accuracy of cost center structures and reporting
- Partner with functional leaders on spend reviews, trend analysis, cost optimization, and actionable insights
- Benchmark SG&A performance metrics (e.g., % of sales, cost per employee) and help establish planning guardrails
- Classify costs (fixed vs. variable) and support initiatives to improve cost structure and operational efficiency
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations, variance explanations, and strategic insights for senior leadership and Board materials
- Support transformation projects, ad hoc analysis, and enterprise initiatives
- Promote continuous improvement across planning processes, modeling, and reporting Qualifications for the
Senior FP&A Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- Minimum of 7–10+ years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience
- Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or CPA
- Experience in manufacturing or multi‑entity corporate environments
