Job Description

Software Technical Expert
  • Office Track Our Client, a multinational telecommunications technology company, has an urgent and immediate need for experienced OfficeTrack Solution & Process Optimization consultants for a 3-month contract to support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the OfficeTrack platform across dispatch and field operations.
We are seeking a Software Technical Expert with solid experience in OfficeTrack implementations and Workforce Management operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic configuration planning, deployment execution, workflow optimization, and system enhancement initiatives to improve dispatch and field service efficiency. Strong expertise in OfficeTrack platform configuration and optimization Experience in Workforce Management solutions and field operations workflows Hands-on knowledge of rollout planning, governance, and operational execution Ability to work with enterprise integrations and process automation initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design the OfficeTrack golden configuration with measurable acceptance criteria
  • Build the phased rollout plan with change management (pilot, expand, scale)
  • Design role-based permissions and system guardrails so manual workarounds become exceptions, not the norm
  • Identify UI pain points, AI opportunities, and automation opportunities across dispatch and field
  • Design integration improvements between OfficeTrack and adjacent systems (Amdocs, UKG, etc.)
  • Define and execute the test plan against the production-like environment using tools Iris mentioned
  • Surface a continuous improvement backlog as the engagement progresses
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with OfficeTrack or similar field service/workforce management platforms
  • Strong background in dispatch, field operations, and workforce management systems
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, process optimization, and workflow automation
  • Knowledge of change management, testing strategies, and system governance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
