Sr Business Analyst with Healthcare ExpBaltimore, MD (Hybrid)Long term contractLocals/ Willing to relocate candidatesOverall 8 to 10 yrs expA minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the IT field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an IT business analyst, requirements specialist, or equivalent.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in conducting JAD (Joint Application Design/Development) sessions with business owners, technical experts, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in creating, modifying, and maintaining requirements and design documents for large healthcare IT systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and information, including data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization.

Demonstrated experience with systems development lifecycle (SDLC) techniques and Agile software development methodologies.

Experience with preparing presentations, reports, tables, graphs, and observations for presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience working collaboratively with business users, managers, and non-technical staff.

Knowledge of various software tools and technologies used in the industry, including data analysis, project management, and database management software.

A strong understanding of business processes, operations, and practices in the health insurance marketplace to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance through system changes.

Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Experience with managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines, and changing business needs.
