Job Description

We are hiring a Sr. Business & Cyber Analyst. In this role, you will support modernization initiatives across the enterprise Business and Cyber Resilience Program advancing the organization's ability to address both traditional disruptions and evolving cyber threats. This includes helping transition from conventional business continuity planning (e.g., weather and facility disruptions) to integrated, cyber-resilient recovery models designed for today's threat landscape (e.g., ransomware and other highly disruptive cyber events). You'll support and lead efforts within the resilience lifecycle, including cyber-informed Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), risk assessments, recovery strategy development, and resilience testing across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. To be successful in this role, you'll bring deep enterprise continuity and resilience lifecycle planning experience and a strong cyber resilience foundation. Prior experience leading tabletop tests, BIAs and enterprise-scale risk assessments is a must. You will be a strong candidate for this role if you have experience building and evolving business continuity/disaster recovery programs toward cyber-resilience, leading tabletop and technical recovery exercises, and building clear, actionable standards that business and technical teams can follow, particularly within a healthcare domain.
Note:
  • There is an on-call rotation that lasts for one week, approximately every 5 weeks.
  • Must work Eastern Standard hours.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • While this is a fully remote role, the final round of interviews will occur onsite in our Chattanooga, TN office.
Job Responsibilities Coordinating all IS disaster recovery plans to ensure appropriate prioritization of computer systems restoration during a DR event. Providing leaderships and coordination for integrated testing of all elements of a business continuity program; an advocate for DR planning; inspire program enhancements. Directing the efforts of enterprise-wide teams to facilitate continuity methodologies and strategies by integrating business requirements and technical solutions. Make recommendations to improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans and planning; conducts appropriate research to maintain awareness of industry developments; identifies vulnerabilities, develops options to provide continued availability of business functions. Employees may be required to participate in a weekly on-call rotation. Job Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in business, computer information systems, healthcare, or relevant field or equivalent work experience required. (Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested.) Experience 5 years - Experience in Business Recovery and/or Disaster Planning required 3 years - Experience in program/project methodology process design, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methods required Skills/Certifications Business continuity or related professional certification required (DRII, BCI, BRCCI, IAEM, or related certification) Must possess a solid understanding of Information Technology, Information Security, and Cyber Resilience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ethic Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Strong analytical, planning, organizational and research skills Number of Openings Available 1
