Job Description

Sr Business Systems Analyst (MS Dynamics) : We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large enterprise organization in the Cherry Hill, NJ area. This is a hybrid opportunity for a strategic and hands-on BA who has strong experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments and can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 initiatives Work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, sales, and IT teams Lead process improvement efforts and recommend scalable system solutions Create user stories, functional specs, workflows, and test plans Support system integrations, upgrades, and enterprise-wide implementations Facilitate UAT testing, training, and change management activities Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications:
5 years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience supporting ERP/CRM implementations or enhancements Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process documentation tools
