Job Description
Technical Business Analysts
Perform system analysis on software applications and web programs. Understand, analyze and document user requirements & specifications for business, systems and processes including integration with IT. Organize and facilitate discussions and backlog grooming sessions. Identify and write clear and concise user stories for implementation by development teams. Interate new system efficiently with business operations and services. Analyze and improve the performance of web-based portals. Develop and document business use cases, testing plans and procedures in an Agile environment. Create Business Requirements documents. Fit-Gap Analysis between the two systems, and determine the need for automation analysis. Test UI components, their functionality and data field validations. Telecommuting permitted. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Equivalent.
