Assist with data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard maintenance (Excel, Power BI). Help gather inputs, organize information, and prepare materials for strategic initiatives. Support cross-functional coordination with engineering, operations, product, and go-to-market teams by helping organize inputs, notes, follow-ups, and status updates. Assist in tracking project timelines, risks, and deliverables for operational and strategic programs under the guidance of business leaders. Maintain documentation, action logs, and reporting repositories for leadership visibility. Assist with preparing presentation materials, templates, and meeting summaries for the Chief of Staff office. Conduct research and analysis to support recommendations for process improvements and organizational efficiency. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Analytical thinker with attention to detail. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Interest in business operations, strategy, or data-driven decision-making. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Completion of sophomore or junior year in a business, analytics, operations, or related program preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel; Power BI or PowerPoint experience preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Interest in strategy, business operations, or technology environments. Japanese language proficiency (verbal and written) a plus for collaborating with international stakeholders.
