Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Wealth Management to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial products, client reporting, and investment processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders including Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors, and Operations teams Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories) Work on wealth management platforms, client onboarding, and reporting systems Support portfolio management, performance reporting, and client analytics initiatives Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met Support regulatory and compliance initiatives (SEC, FINRA, KYC/AML) Drive improvements in business processes and data quality Required Skills & Qualifications 8-12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong domain knowledge in: Wealth Management Private Banking /

Asset Management Understanding of:

Portfolio Management Asset Allocation Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories) Strong SQL skills (for data analysis) Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel
