We are seeking a highly motivated WMS Business Analyst to support warehouse operations at our Distribution Centers in Memphis and Maryland . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SQL , with the ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technical teams. This role will work closely with warehouse users to troubleshoot operational issues, analyze data, and provide day-to-day application support.
Required Qulaification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Warehouse Management Systems. Strong functional knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (such as Blue Yonder/JDA, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar). Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and interact with non-technical business users. Experience working in warehouse or distribution center environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
