This role will ensure that the right technological solutions are in place to continuously improve and/or transform operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with department leaders to develop technical solutions for business opportunities and advance the company's sales efforts. Defines, analyzes, and documents needs and requirements. Assist with the business case. Plans and monitors. Elicits requirements. Organizes requirements. Translates and simplifies requirements. Manages and communicates requirements. Analyzes requirements. Ensures business reporting needs are met. Drives the design or review of test cases and processes change requests. Manages the scope and acceptance of projects. Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requires a bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree plus five years of business analyst experience. Knowledge and experience using Six Sigma techniques to drive process improvement a plus. Must have an understanding of systems engineering concepts. Must have experience and skills in business case management. Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Strong experience in project management. Proficiency with Microsoft products and the ability to readily adapt to and understand other technology and systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with senior decision-makers.
