EXP:
12years+ Responsibilities Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 11+ years of experience in Legacy system analysis and modernization strategies. 11+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), particularly for web-based application development. 11+ years in gathering requirements elicitation and documentation (business, functional, and technical). 11+ years of experience in translating legacy application behavior into modern web-based system requirements. 11+ years of experience in Stakeholder facilitation, communication, and consensus building, Project coordination and task tracking. Knowledge of analyzing SQL-based data models and system integrations. Reviewing system workflows and identifying modernization opportunities. Written, verbal, and presentation communication. Create clear, complete, and testable requirements documentation. Work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams. Identify system and compliance gaps and propose feasible solutions. Adapt to evolving technical requirements and modernization complexities. Maintain productive working relationships in a fast-paced project environment. Qualifications Previous experience with business process analysis or improving workplace efficiency desired Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
