Virtual (MS Teams) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 with a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and technical documentation . This role requires a highly analytical professional who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams while also creating clear, user-friendly documentation for internal applications. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement , along with the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable materials. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams (architecture, development, support) Analyze business systems, workflows, and user needs Support business process reengineering and identify technology-driven improvements Participate in system reviews, design discussions, and solution planning Data & Technical Analysis Analyze raw data to support business decisions Develop solution options including risk analysis and cost/benefit evaluations (ROI, buy vs. build) Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes including testing and validation Assist in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Documentation & Communication Create and maintain: User guides How-to documentation Training materials Develop visual aids such as screenshots and step-by-step instructions Translate technical system functionality into clear, user-friendly documentation Ensure all materials are accurate, current, and aligned with system updates Project Support Participate in meetings, demos, and walkthroughs to gather requirements Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements and updates Assist with training material development and end-user support Required Qualifications 8+ years of Business Analyst experience Strong experience in: Business systems analysis and evaluation SDLC methodologies Requirements gathering and documentation Experience collaborating with cross-functional IT and business teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience participating in: Design reviews Testing (unit, system, UAT) Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Data Analyst working with raw datasets PMP or project management experience (nice to have) Experience creating user-focused technical documentation Experience developing visual documentation (screenshots, guides) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language For more details reach at .
