Business Execution Consultant - LoanIQ#26-06270 Charlotte, NC Irving, TX Irving, TX Irving, TX Onsite Contract Starts 6/26/2026 Ends 12/25/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant - LoanIQ for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC and Irving, TX. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity. This contractor will support a system conversion within Wholesale Lending Operations. The role is focused on designing and delivering training to Operations users, ensuring readiness for system adoption, and supporting the development of procedures, training materials, and hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver instructor-led LoanIQ training sessions for Operations users Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, job aids, and knowledge checks Create role-based training content and real-world practice lab scenarios aligned to business processes Configure training/test environments to enable hands-on learning Partner with business and operations teams to support procedure creation and reviews Ensure training content aligns with current processes, enhancements, and conversion requirements Facilitate practice labs and reinforce learning through scenario-based exercises Walk through LoanIQ screens and workflows during training sessions

Requirements:

5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent 5 years of LoanIQ experience, with strong functional knowledge of lending operations workflows Proven experience delivering system training (preferably LoanIQ or lending platforms) Ability to clearly explainplex processes and system functionality to end users Experience developing training materials, job aids, and structured learning content Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint Desired skills: Experience supporting AFS to LoanIQ conversions or similar system migrations Background in Lending Operations (e.g., servicing, booking, payments, or loan maintenance) Experience working in UAT/test environments Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Ability to adapt training delivery based on learner needs and experience levels High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and clarity in training content Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust approach based on feedback Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
