What you'll achieve In this position as Project Management Advisor in Manufacturing Operations, you will manage the daily communications between Dell and the factory, you will lead daily problem resolutions and make decisions to support customer requirements.

You will:

Engage and influence key stakeholders across both Dell and factory teams to achieve daily KPIs. Use appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of daily production. Identify and take any required corrective actions on missed KPIs while communicating with all internal and external partners. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in management of operations or related experience and a Bachelor's degree with relevant manufacturing experience Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to communicate clearly (English and Spanish) and multi-task in a dynamic environment Collaboration within the team and partnership development outside of the organization Capability to identify improvements to existing workflows and deliverables Desirable Requirements Prior experience working in manufacturing operations or operations support organizations Analytical and problem-solving skills - capability to diagnose production issues quickly, and implement corrective actions Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
