SYOXSA, Inc., a distributor of industrial gas products, is searching for a full-time Management Analyst to work at our facilities located at 6996 Commerce Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79915. All employees are expected to perform job responsibilities safely and efficiently while abiding by government regulations (CGA, EPFD/NFPA, FDA, OSHA, NSF, NIST, TXW&M, TXRRC, etc.) and company policies. The position is responsible for evaluating, training, and developing managers and ensuring the company has a solid, A+ class of team members working towards our common goals. The goal is to drive profitability by ensuring that each process is done with maximum efficiency. Duties further include: Develop and supervise the continuous training plan of each team member. Create, track, and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track plant efficiency, productivity, and capacity. Improve processes by implementing production changes or equipment upgrades that will improve efficiency. Look for ways to improve cylinder tracking software and reduce costs. Work to better calculate and minimize Gas Losses and ensure they are under maximum allowable level. Ensure all plant equipment is in proper and safe operating condition. Continually develop and execute a preventative maintenance (PM) program for all equipment (cryogenic pumps, vaporizers, fill plant panels, laboratory equipment, dry ice machine, high pressure manifolds, etc.). Create and maintain organized catalog of all equipment and ensure results are presented monthly. Develop and continually improve SYOXSA's Quality Control Plan. Improve existing lot number control system and certificate of analysis (COA) control system, ensure all COAs meet or exceed Purity Plus standards. Obtain, analyze, and present data/metrics to management and use it to execute decisions. Leverage existing software and explore the addition of new software to track assets, plant productivity, safety metrics, and to improve protocols. Improve existing document process (order reception/entering, cylinder fill sheets for plant, delivery tickets for drivers/customers, invoicing, etc.). Review and coordinate the use of TrackAbout cylinder tracking system. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for processes. Ensure cylinders, bulk tanks, trailers, and all other rental equipment is being rented to generate 3-year 25% ROA. A qualified candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field of engineering and at least 3 years of operations/ business management/distribution management experience in the industrial / cryogenic gas industry. The Management Analyst must briefly travel to visit the employer's new facilities in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Travel, if necessary, would be for trips of short duration a few times a year.
