Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a major transition from Tyler MUNIS to UKG. This role will work closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor teams to gather requirements, document business processes, facilitate meetings, coordinate project activities, and support implementation efforts. The ideal candidate has strong business analysis experience supporting HR, payroll, finance, ERP, or HRIS projects and is comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to improve processes and drive successful system implementations. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions Create process maps, workflows, SOPs, and project documentation Support HR, Payroll, and Finance departments during system implementation activities Coordinate project tasks, action items, and status updates across business and vendor teams Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities Evaluate current-state and future-state business processes Act as a liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners Track project deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of Business Analyst experience Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, ERP, or HRIS-related projects Strong stakeholder communication and meeting facilitation skills Experience creating process documentation, workflows, and SOPs Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR screening Key Skills
