Job Description:

A leading Tier 1 global strategy house is seeking a Partner to join its Technology Strategy and Transformation practice. This role is focused on delivering specialised support for large-scale technology transformations, roadmaps, and diagnostics for clients within the US Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will lead workstreams that integrate emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and automation, into core business diagnostics to drive measurable value for global organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory:

Engage directly with CEO, CTO, and CIO stakeholders to understand complex business needs and provide actionable technology solutions

Business Development:

Lead efforts to identify and secure new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients

Transformation Delivery:

Oversee the design and deployment of enterprise-wide technology diagnostics and modernisation programmes

Strategy & Innovation:

Integrate advanced technologies, including Large Language Models and autonomous agents, into client delivery frameworks

Practice Leadership:

Take responsibility for workstream execution, hypothesis generation, and the delivery of professional presentations to C-suite stakeholders

Analytical Excellence:

Ensure zero-defect analysis across all project workstreams, identifying relevant research sources and analytical tools to answer key business questions

Required Experience:

Consultancy Pedigree:

Current or recent experience at Partner level within a leading management consultancy (Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms)

Sector Expertise:

Deep industry knowledge within t he US Oil & Gas sector across upstream, midstream and/or downstream.

Functional Depth:

A proven track record in Enterprise Architecture, technology modernisation, tech strategy, process excellence, and application portfolio rationalisation

Technical Frameworks:

Exposure to Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or DODAF is highly desirable

Tooling & Delivery:

Experience in digital transformation delivery using tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow etc.

Emerging Tech:

Knowledge of deploying automation and Generative AI within digital transformation projects to improve operational efficiency
