POSITION DUTIES

Oversee end to end Oracle fusion HCM implementation project rollout; Lead the overall solution and design for Oracle fusion human capital for various projects; Manage and support Oracle HCM System configurations and architecture; Configure systems for Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM modules like Global Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence; Work with the IT business to support any configuration change, continuous improvement, and optimization of existing systems and processes; Lead business meetings and conduct workshops for critical business process deployments

Requirements:

BS in IT, accounting, finance or related field. 10 years of experience in any IT related position.

Exp must include the following:

10 years of experience in HCM functional knowledge with strong expertise in designing and configuration of HCM Process in Core HR, Talent management, Benefits, Compensation and OTL 10 years of experience with HCM Extract (HR Archive, Payroll Interface types, Benefits), BI Reports (RTF, eText and Excel Template, XSL) and OTBI Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBL (File Based Loader), PBL (Payroll Batch Loader) conversion process 10 years of expertise in Fast Formulas, customization of the global data model for the HCM Extracts and Bursting logics Working knowledge in roles and security Experience in integrating Oracles Fusion ERP Core HCM solutions with third party best in class solutions, master data management solutions, business analytics solutions Experience with REST API, SOAP, Web Services, Application Composer, Page Composer, Page Configurator with expertise with bi-directional interfaces for payroll, benefits, stocks,401K, etc. 10 years in

SQL, PL/SQL

to support data extract, analysis in the problem resolution process Experience in oracle

Development Tools:

Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, WEB-ADI, Workflow, and SQL Loader are required Experience supporting SOX requirements - internal and external auditing Experience supporting project cutover activities - reconciliation, validation of source HCM data with converted data for project go live.
