Business Systems Analyst

Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for leading and guiding project meetings with core leadership teams to gather comprehensive business requirements and translate them into effective automated solutions. This role involves workflow design, technical implementation support, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful system integration.

The analyst will advise customers on system operations and administration, while working closely with facility host support teams. This position requires strong implementation expertise, the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, and clear communication in both verbal and written formats.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of healthcare implementation experienceExperience with healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics) is required — insurance background is not acceptableStrong hands-on implementation experience (candidates focused mainly on QA, Testing, or tools like JIRA/Confluence are not suitable)Proven experience with EMR/EHR implementations, including:
