Job Description

CSI
  • a custom hardware/software engineering company headquartered in Richardson, TX, is seeking a talented Program Cost Analyst.
The Program Cost Analyst will support the business with financial cost reviews, financial reporting, presentations and other strategic analysis. Primary responsibilities include processing program actuals and estimated actuals into the appropriate WBS elements for reporting purposes. You will also partner with the Program Managers, Control Account Managers, Subsystem Leads, and Integrated Product Team Leads to provide and review financial data such as; the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), cost variances, and estimate at complete analysis. You will ensure that all required financial inputs and reporting are reviewed, analyzed, and submitted on time. The selected candidate will be subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Working with the program team to integrate project costs with scheduled activities, including: Assisting the program team move from proposal phase to program execution Importing program cost and status into the Earned Value tool (COBRA) Generating and reviewing reports with Program Managers and Control Account Managers Assisting in variance analysis reports
  • Support Bi-annual Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development
  • Support internal financial cashflow reporting
  • Assist in the coordination, development, and delivery of monthly financial SDRLs including IPMDAR
  • Program start up and implementation support inclusive of contract modifications and
Baseline Change Requests Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of Earned Value Management experience
  • Aerospace and/or DoD work experience Candidate Must Possess the Ability to:
  • Manage multiple concurrent priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • Work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated
  • Be adaptive and proactive
  • Show initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis
