Duties:

Define and implement best practices to assess customer entitlements and the licensed software. Interpret complex license and maintenance agreements. Partner directly with sales, customers, and other senior stakeholders in a territory with medium to large accounts. Determine requirement-gathering protocols, define project timelines for a variety of project types, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Develop sophisticated ad-hoc reporting solutions and analysis. Define quality expectations for standard and non-standard analysis and maintain highest quality standards in analysis and reviews of work performed by others. Form insights from data and provide insights and analysis for senior leaders and customers. Design and implement process enhancements to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Engineering Management, Information Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field plus two (2) years of experience as a business analyst, project manager or related occupation OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Information Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field plus five (5) years of experience as a business analyst, project manager or related occupation.

Requires experience with:

operational metrics; KPIs and data based decision making; analyzing and correlating data between multiple data sets; Power BI; Tableau; Alteryx; SQL; PHP; HTML; CSS; software license agreements and interpreting complex licensing issues; Atlassian Jira; and Smartsheet.
